Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to digital course purchases on Corex Academy. Because our products are digital educational materials delivered immediately (or shortly after payment) to your student portal, refunds are limited as described below.

1. What you are buying

You purchase lifetime access (unless otherwise stated on the product page) to specific digital course materials-primarily PDF workbooks and related portal content. Currency is USD unless a page clearly states otherwise. This is education only, not investment advice.

2. Delivery / fulfillment

• After successful Stripe payment, enrollment is created for the email used at checkout.
• You access materials by signing in to the student portal with that email.
• Lesson one (first PDF) of many programs may be previewable free before purchase; remaining modules unlock after payment.

3. Refund eligibility

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:

• You have not completed more than the free preview / first lesson of the purchased program, and
• You have not downloaded or exported a substantial portion of paid PDFs beyond normal preview use, and
• There is a genuine technical failure preventing access that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time after you contact support.

If you have marked substantial progress through paid modules or have clearly consumed the digital materials, the purchase is generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer law.

4. Non-refundable situations

• Change of mind after accessing paid course content.
• Dissatisfaction with educational opinions or market outcomes (education ≠ trading results).
• Duplicate purchases caused by user error after access was granted (we may offer credit or merge access at our discretion).
• Coupon or promotional pricing disputes after you accepted the checkout total.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@corex-academy.com with subject line "Refund request" and include: purchase email, approximate purchase date, course name, Stripe receipt or last4 if available, and reason. We typically respond within 1–2 business days.

6. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Banking timelines vary (often 5–10 business days). Portal access to the refunded course may be revoked when the refund is processed.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension. Card statement descriptor typically appears similar to COREX ACADEMY (exact text is set in our Stripe Dashboard).
