- Are courses video or PDF?
- Corex Academy ships PDF-first workbooks designed for deliberate study. You open them in the browser learner with module navigation and progress marks. Video can be layered later without changing your enrollment.
- Do I need an account to buy?
- No. Guest checkout lets you pay with Stripe using only your email. We create portal access for that email after payment — then sign in (or reset password) to open your courses.
- Can I preview before buying?
- Yes. Lesson one (first PDF) of each program is openable free. Remaining modules unlock after Stripe checkout and enrollment.
- Do I get a certificate?
- Courses with certificates enabled track completion as you mark each PDF done. Finish the curriculum to reach the completion pathway.
- How does pricing work?
- Each program is priced individually from $14 to $197.10 — aligned with challenge fee tiers. No opaque subscriptions. Pay once for lifetime PDF access to that program.
- Can I buy multiple courses?
- Yes. Checkout supports one or more course IDs in a single Stripe session. Each enrollment appears in your student portal.
- How do I access materials after purchase?
- Sign in to the student portal. Enrolled courses open the PDF learner with progress tracking. Keep the same email you used at checkout.
- Is this investment advice?
- No. Academy content is educational. You remain responsible for your own trading decisions and risk. Corex Academy is separate from prop-trading challenge products.
- I was redirected here to pay for a Corex challenge — is that a course?
- No. Challenge checkout on /pay/challenge is only a Stripe host for Corex Funding evaluations. After you pay, you return to Corex — your trading account is provisioned there. Academy course purchases are separate and enroll you in the student portal.
- What if checkout succeeds but I cannot see the course?
- Sign in with the purchase email, open Portal, and refresh. If enrollment is missing, email support@corex-academy.com with your Stripe receipt — the learn webhook is isolated and we can reconcile access.
